SMS Opt-In Flow Verification
This page documents the customer SMS opt-in flow for the Prime Shiners A2P 10DLC campaign with The Campaign Registry (TCR).
Opt-in mechanism: Customers opt in to receive SMS notifications from Prime Shiners by visiting our public booking platform at primeshinersmobileautodetailing.as.me, selecting a detailing service, entering their personal information (name, phone number, email, vehicle details, and service address), and reaching the final "Terms & Conditions" section of the booking form.
On that section, customers see TWO separate checkboxes:
1. A REQUIRED checkbox to acknowledge the Prime Shiners Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. A SEPARATE, OPTIONAL checkbox labeled: "I agree to receive SMS notifications from Prime Shiners for appointment communication purposes only. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out or HELP for help."
The SMS opt-in checkbox is UNCHECKED by default and is NOT REQUIRED to complete the booking. SMS consent is NOT a condition of service. Customers can complete their booking with or without the SMS checkbox checked. Only customers who explicitly check the SMS opt-in checkbox receive SMS messages from Prime Shiners.
Message frequency: Typically 1 to 3 messages per appointment. Msg & data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for support.
Privacy Policy: https://www.primeshiners.com/privacy-policy (states mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes).
Terms of Service: https://www.primeshiners.com/terms-of-service
Step-by-step flow shown below in order:
Step 1: Customer visits primeshinersmobileautodetailing.as.me and selects a detailing service.
Step 2: Customer enters their personal information including name, phone number, email, service address, and vehicle details.
Step 3: Customer reaches the final "Terms & Conditions" section of the booking form, where they see two separate checkboxes — the REQUIRED Terms of Service / Privacy Policy acknowledgment, and the OPTIONAL SMS notifications checkbox.
