Once you book your detailing appointment through our website, your appointment is confirmed, and your matched professional begins preparing for your service. Communication is our priority, a little before your scheduled time, your tech will contact you with an ETA update. While your technician strives to always be on time, please allow up to one hour for arrival to accommodate any unforeseen delays.
