  • Routing: To dispatch your service request and location to an available independent Service Provider.

  • Secure Communications: We utilize a secure Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) proxy system. Your real phone number is masked to protect your privacy, and communication with the Service Provider is routed through our secure network.

  • Dispute Resolution: To process payments, handle customer support, and review "Before and After" service photos submitted by the Service Provider.

  • With Service Providers: We share your first name, vehicle details, and service address with the independent Service Provider assigned to your booking solely so they can perform the requested work.
